Rosa is a passionate international executive in digital marketing and ad tech. She runs global digital marketing for the natural pharma company Schwabe (with brands like Nature’s Way) across more than 60 markets. Rosa has a wealth of experience in the digital marketing space from her previous work at Xaxis (part of the world’s biggest media agency group GroupM) where she was instrumental in building the company’s business and products in the German and European markets as well as building up the global business operations for new business units. Prior to Xaxis, she worked in strategic business development, leading projects with a digital focus in the mail order sector at the Otto Group. She started her career as a pioneer in the field of targeting, having developed products for Germany’s first targeting technology at United Internet Media. Rosa is an advocate of female leadership in the digital space: She was part of Xaxis’s X-Women committee to promote women in the company and is one of the top 3 nominees for the German Digital Female Leadership Award 2017. A leading expert, Rosa is a regular speaker at industry events and a published author, contributing articles to ad trades on online advertising.
