In 2010 Rachael joined the 2-year-old Infectious Media as an account analyst, coming straight from reading Mathematics at Cambridge University, where she achieved a Merit in her Master. In her first years, Rachael worked to scale the programmatic agency by driving the performance of key accounts such as Sky, Hilton, Avis and John Lewis. Rachael quickly found a natural role in recruiting new employees into the expanding agency and mentoring them as part of her team. This led her to be promoted to account director within three years. In this time Rachael’s understanding of programmatic was a key part in both opening the European operations of the agency and development of the agency’s proprietary technology.
In 2015, Rachael changed her focus to helping the agency develop the technical and analytical aspects of its campaign delivery. She was promoted to the role of Optimisation Director to use her experience to define client strategy and work with her team to deliver it. In the next years, Rachael added the management of both the insight team and the ad ops team to her remit. Now responsible for thirty people, and as part of the operations board, Rachael plays a pivotal role in the success of the agency.
