Joanna has an impressive track history of helping US Ad Tech companies to launch, establish themselves and grow in the UK and across EMEA. In her role at the Rubicon Project, she helped them to launch across the region, and grow revenue to become the largest SSP across Europe at one point, and also to achieve their successful IPO. In the last 6 years at SpotX, she has led them to grow even faster (details below). With the responsibility for strategy across EMEA, Joanna has contributed to the successful acquisition of SpotX by the RTL Group, as well as being a key lynchpin in SpotX’s incredible growth. Since RTL Group made its first investment in 2014, SpotX has nearly doubled net revenues1, almost quadrupled EBITDA, opened seven offices in seven countries, and added over 150 new employees. This is one of the most significant acquisitions of 2017. Joanna is also a fantastic role model for up and coming women entering the Ad Tech space – she is present and often speaks at events, and finds time to help up and coming talent to excel.
