Dora is the Managing Director, Digital at Telegraph Media Group. She is affecting significant digital transformation at The Telegraph. With a very small team, she is making a big difference to the perception and impact of digital in the business – focusing on both user experience and advertiser experience. Previously, Dora’s team at Yahoo were responsible for significant YoY revenue growth due to better utilisation of data and optimisation techniques. Finally, Dora’s strategic vision is the key reason for her success. Ensuring that the company she is working for stays ahead of the competition and makes the most of opportunities with scope for scaled growth. Prior to joining the Telegraph, Dora was responsible for running the Yahoo EMEA Programmatic & Audience Marketplace. Her team focused on data-driven programmatic video, display, and native media sales via the Brightroll Exchange, as well as Brightroll DSP sales, supply & data acquisition, analytics and insights. She held a number of roles at Yahoo, including Head of Optimisation, where she led a team of analysts across six markets and was responsible for campaign management, analysis, and performance. Dora also worked at Blue Lithium and (really going back a bit) Ask Jeeves.
