HAILING THE SUCCESS OF WOMEN IN AD TECH

As part of the second event in our Diversity Series: Ad Tech Inclusion Summit, with the support of our partners, guidance from our advisory board and your participation, we wanted to showcase the remarkable accomplishments achieved by the strong women of the ad tech industry, through our ‘50 Women in Ad Tech’ feature.

The following individuals were nominated by their peers, colleagues, and clients. The nominations were then reviewed by our advisory board. This list is ordered in alphabetical order of the person’s first name.

Earlier this year at Lync Media Group, as part the launch of our Diversity Series and our collaboration with #BeBoldForChange campaign on International Women’s Day we committed to challenging bias and inequality and celebrate women’s achievements.

Across the globe, within a vast amount of sectors, women continue to shatter glass walls and establish themselves as being a significant part of the business world. However, within the ad tech sector, the accomplishments of women in ad tech have not been celebrated merely as much as they should be.

We believe through providing exposure and celebrating the success of inspiring women in ad tech we can help bring about change through creating a platform to show role models, others can aspire to and learn from.
